Professional spectating was the order of the day as I failed to qualify for the Middle distance. It was another hot day out in the sun at La Feclaz… Would much rather have been out running…

The relay is tomorrow and again I will be professionally spectating. Im really keen to get out there so instead I will probably just run in the spectator race early tomorrow morning!
